Admission Procedure
The candidates are shortlisted on basis of the qualifying examination as per eligibility criteria prescribed by Indian Nursing Council. Candidates are informed for schedule of entrance examination.
Merit list of all successful candidates is uploaded on university website along with schedule of counseling. All successful candidates are required to attend counseling, to be eligible to get offer for admission into the program.
The admission committee of college selects students on the basis of candidate's rank in Entrance Examination, testimonials and credentials.
STEP-1: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION- ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FILLING
An application for admission shall be submitted online only at Divine College of Medical Sciences Admissions Portal. The candidate may fill in the application form without waiting for the results of the qualifying examination (XII/Graduation/Diploma as the case may be) before the due date.
- The prospective student is advised to carefully fill all the details and prioritize the choice of programmes he/she wishes to apply.
- Application & Admission Payment can be made through Net Banking/ Credit/Debit card/E-wallets at the time of submission of application.
- Alternatively, candidates may procure the Admission Brochure from DBUU Campus, Administrative Headquarters or City Centers, details of which are available on Divine College of Medical Sciences’s website.
- Once an online application for admission is submitted successfully, the system will generate a unique application number which must be noted by the candidates as the same shall act as a Reference Number for all subsequent correspondence till the candidate is actually admitted.
STEP-2: UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS
Every candidate shall be required to email the following documents at dcmsharidwar@gmail.com:
- High School/HSC examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies).
- Intermediate/SSC examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies).
- Character Certificate in original.
- Certificate claiming reservation benefits (03 copies).
- Passport size photograph (16 copies).
- Medical Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner or CMO.
Note:
- Original testimonials will be verified at the time of counseling or joining the University.
- Admission will be treated provisional till the production and verification of the original testimonials.
STEP-3: FEE PAYMENT
All the students are required to deposit their fee online through Fee Payment Tab option available on our website by using the QR Code or Bank Details.
- Fees can be paid through UPI/Debit/Credit cards or Net banking. The fee payment through this mode will be subject to convenience charge as mentioned on Payment Page.
- After successful payment of fee, Student/Guardian will get an online receipt for the same. Students/Guardians are advised to take print of the online receipt and keep it safely for any future reference.
- Please note that all the online payments will be subject to realization. Actual credit of successful transaction of fee paid to student’s account may take 1/2 working day/s.
Admission Procedure (OFFLINE)
The Applicant can walk directly into our campus & meet our admission counselor, who will counsel the student regarding the different courses and the eligibility criteria. After all the details received by the student, the applicant can fill the admission form & submit the photocopy of the documents. After screening, the applicant will be informed about admission. On confirmation of admission, the candidate is required to deposit the fee as per university norms.
